Founded by designer Laura Bankhead after several years of agency experience in Charlotte, FieldTrip was built from a desire to create intentional, collaborative design experiences for small businesses and creative entrepreneurs.

The studio believes strong design is not only about aesthetics, but about helping businesses show up confidently, connect meaningfully with their audience, and create a lasting impression across every touchpoint.

Outside the studio, Laura finds inspiration in travel, interiors, textiles, nature, and everyday moments. Laura loves spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their one-year-old daughter Betsy.
